JP Duminy is South African Cricketer. He was born on 14 April 1984 in Strandfontein, Cape Town, South Africa.  Jean-Paul Duminy is left hand batsman and right arm bowler. Duminy is a middle order batsman who is capable of turning a match with his batting calibre. Dominy plays the domestic cricket for Cape Cobras, Western Province Devon. Presently he is playing in the IPL -2017 for Delhi Daredevils.

When Duminy first played for South Africa at national level in year 2008, the selectors were criticised for selecting Duminy in the Test against Australia.  But Duminy scored 50 runs in the second innings and helped his team to win the match. Duminy is only South African bowler who had taken hat-trick in the world Cup match in year 2015. He has become part of the IPL matches since 2008 and he had played previous IPL tournaments for Mumbai Indians, Deccan Chargers, Sunrisers Hyderabad, and Delhi Daredevils. This year he was retained by Delhi DareDevils – owned by GMR Group in its 10th consecutive year in IPL. The coach Paddy Upton and Rahul Dravid as mentor are working with team of Delhi DareDevils, which is lead by the experienced, all rounder Zahir Khan. The team is practising on the two home grounds they own – Feroz Shah Kotla, Delhi and Shahid Veer Narayan Singh International Cricket Stadium, Raipur.
